You’re My Butterfly
Your are the most beautiful thing
I’ve ever seen
You shine just like sunlight rays
On a winter snow
I just had to tell you so
Your eyes sparkle as the stars
Like the moon they glow
Your smile could light the world on fire
Or did you know?
Your minds full of everything
That I want to know
I just had to let you know
I just had to tell you so
Your’re my butterfly
Fly high
Fly fly fly

How long is forever.

I remember the rememberence of always remembering the rememberable song of Cliff Richard song

You ask me how the flowers grow
And what makes the glow worm glow
How high is the sky, how long is forever

You want to know how any corn small
Grows to be a tree so tall
How deep is a sigh, how long is forever

Oh, all your little funny ways
I just can't ignore
All the foolish things you say
Make me love you more

You ask me if, if my love is true
Here's the answer I give you
I'll be at your side as long as forever

Oh, all your little funny ways
I just can't ignore
All the foolish things you say
Make me love you more, forever.

Well with all these thoughts I really want to 'still' ask myself how long is forever and all I have an answer

Forever is a second. Forever is a minute. Forever is an hour, a day a week, a month, a year. Forever is a handshake with your hero. It's a first kiss with your true love. It's a moment. The best moment, the last moment, and everyone in between. And it slips away and is gone before you know it and only it's ghost remains.

Forever is past my death and on. forever is a never ending silence. forever can never be found but for sure it's not an Alice answer 'just the second'.

Intergrity is Everything

Never cut corners, Integrity is everything,

Integrity is a Cosmic Principle, a Cosmic Law. When you are integrated, suddenly so much of resources which are there in you only as a potential, becomes reality in you.

Every word you talk to yourself is a commitment you are giving to you and you must think with this understanding.

A lot of awareness needs to be infused while you think, while you give words to you. Only if you complete with you, only if you are complete with you, you will be able to even be in the space of self-remembrance, restful awareness, atma smarana. Unless you complete with you, you will not be having restful awareness. Having restful awareness within you is very important.

This is something the whole world talks about spiritually, professionally and personally. but there is this Hidden Integrity.

Nothing to prove righteous to the one who is opposite to integrity i.e dishonesty. but having to know one fact of life is that just like for the half of the world if its morning then for the equally half of the world is night for them.
Just like that for the individual if thy stands for the integrity means he/she is also standing the dishonesty to the other.

Have you ever been in this situation in life for having stood for the integrity of the one the other pointed you for the dishonesty. Well now is the question of whose integrity you choose for and whom you be dishonest about.

Hard fact 1
Well if I tell you this that the one you choose to be dishonest to is the one who is everything to you. because they are once who would not question your integrity, they are once who are just going to not question anything about and claim for. but for they remain always integrated into integrity,! to you!

Hard fact 2
Well if I tell you this that no one in this world been ever happy for having choose Integrity. for I have no answer to this despite I having said the above things about it, and the world still says .......

“In all things, preserve integrity. It is the first step in the long journey to life. Matter not the obstacles, stand fast to integrity. It is life’s measure.“— Homer, The Odyssey

Entrepreneural Salesmenship

What comes into your mind when hearing words ‘sales skills’?

manipulation.
chasing people on the streets.
being able to talk like a machine gun.
daunting task of either convincing the buyer or confusing him.
...............But If you look at sales skills from the right angle, i.e from entrepreneurial point of view, your success is on the way!

1. Being a good listener
We know that we have two ears and only one mouth, so that there is a good reason to listen more than talk.
Listening carefully make us know what objectives people around you have. Only then, we will be able to find the right answers for them and be successful in promoting our idea.

2. Finding a way to connect
Entrepreneurial salespeople are masters in connecting with other people. The next time you talk to a person observe the way he or she talks. If the person speaks slowly, you should slow down your speech, too. Why? Because similarities connect people.

3. Thinking of giving value first
Don’t think of selling. Think of giving value first and the money or success will be a by-product. We all like people who bring value to our lives and dislike people who just want to sell.

4. Being passionate
Passionate about your products? then don’t even think that much about sales skills.

Find your passion, find what you like to do, (think of what you would do even if you are not paid for it) and your passion will drive you through every obstacle on the way to your success.

5. Picturing our end result
Make a habit to picture the end result for everything you want in your life.
Even when you don’t have the slightest idea how you are going to make it, visualize your end result.
Having the image of your desired thing always in your mind will help you to find ways you can’t see right now.

6. Not being Personal
One of the hardest? Is to deal with rejections.
Jean Paul DeJoria, said “When 100 doors are slammed in your face, go to the door number 101 and be just as enthusiastic as you were at the beginning.”
if some people say “no” to your idea or proposal, they are maybe just not prepared for it, right now.
You have to remember that successful people do things unsuccessful people try to avoid in any possible way.

7. Finding out pain points of people
Even if you have exceptional sales skills, you would have hard times selling a bottle of water to someone in the Himalayas.
So look around for the needs first and then figure out ways for solutions.

8. Keeping an eye contact
Avoiding eye contact is a sign of insecurity.
(just don’t stare at them like you are in trance) because with natural eye contact, even when you don’t talk you are silently telling: “I listen to you and I care for you.”

9. Follow up, follow up, follow up
People who do great follow-ups know they can win customers for life.
So, if you want to be successful make sure you take great care for people around you.
If you own a business, pick up the phone today and ask your customers how they are doing with your product.

10. People buy you first
if you don’t have a good, caring personality, nothing will really work. You have to remember that people buy you first and only then your products, which means that they have to trust and like you first. It doesn’t matter if you sell transformers or tomatoes.

Mastering salesmanship is basically the art of mastering relationships with people around you. To be successful in your life, work every day on slight improvements on every of these sales skills, and the compound effect of slight improvements will be shown in the better quality of your life very soon.

Acknowledge! i Made a Mistake.

No one is always right. And no one needs to be right always as well. We're all entitled to fall and get up and fall and get up... all part of the learning and growing process. But once you've got up, identify what made you fall in the first place. Did you not see what was in front of you, did you walk too fast, miss a step; were you talking on the phone while walking? The reasons could be many...

Sometimes you may even have to go back and retrace your steps... you may have to start all over again. And that's not such a bad thing, because you actually get a chance to start all over... and this time with more wisdom. But it all begins with first accepting the fact that you've made a mistake and you need to learn from it.

Shine of a Valentine

......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Words got no meaning for its been conveyed without them, from the start of my day by my palm touching my eyes before it opens to feel the warmth, to being hearing the birds chirping  to convey "rise and sine" to being notice the ray of light falling on the floor before i stand to convey "with you and before you", to being blessed under the shower with every drop of water convey "bless you", to being covered with clothes of shines convey "you are wrapped", to facing the mirror to notice me being the reflection of what i see in the mirror of white and light, to my hands automatically going to reset my hair only to talk to them of adding the specialness of shines, to having to add purity in me of Milk on breakfast table, to walk out for start the day and the door automatically getting closed convey "You are ahead", to the radio dedicating a song of LoWe convey "anything for you", to the moment of traffic in rhythm convey "you r special" to when some one honk and show a hand convey "aah u r a bad driver, bad than me" to the lift of the office and i see the light got brighter when i got in, to my phone vibrate only to make me realize i dont need to check for a wish convey that "connect not thru phone but thru your own network" to my desk to pick my old diary for to refer my old notes and my eyes on the note only to convey "not just here", to being served coffee one extra large convey " have to consume other as well" to clock tick 7:10 reminding me of 8:10 convey " for you take hour long to wind up". for then i realize the Duh ,,, to oldie,,,, to idly to sambhar to soo many of C'ssss to white shirt to cross pen to curtains to jewels to designs to signs to W&L to R's to S's.............................................................................................................................................................

LoWe, is experience than Definition - "experience it and not define it" it seems remote until we encounter it enfleshed,  so to say

                                       "IN THE LIFE OF ANOTHER"

LoWe"s the one thing that can never hurt anyone, although it may cost dearly. The paradox of LoWe is that it is supremely free yet attaches us with bonds stronger than death. It cannot be bought or sold; there is nothing it cannot face;

                                     "LoWe is life's Greatest Blessing"

Will we see commissioned sales people disappear?

Here are four reasons why companies will not look to commissioned salespeople to drive their business.

Relationships
Growing a business is about fostering trust and relationships, not pushing product. The goal is to show the value of the product and build a relationship with the customer. The only thing that matters is the customer's success.

Authenticity
People crave honest suggestions, and can tell when someone is pushing an agenda. They do not want to be cajoled to buy something, especially a product that is a poor fit. Being authentic accelerates personal and business growth and the value that is created for everyone involved.

Collaboration
It’s much more exciting to collaborate to understand the customer’s needs vs. making a disjointed pitch when there is a bad fit. At Aha!, we hire experienced product managers who love helping customers build product strategy and visual roadmaps so they can build what matters. It's a rewarding two-way street that leaves both parties feeling energized.

Information
Today's customer can easily research an entire marketplace in minutes. This brings transparency to a process that was previously veiled. And this applies to everything from buying a car to new software. They don’t need someone to connect them with products anymore. What they do need is to be engaged, surprised, and delighted on their own terms.
We are players in a new world where innovation is being industrialized and every aspect of daily life is being impacted. We all have the opportunity to influence the future — and it's just not clear that commissioned sales people will be part of it.
Don't get me wrong. There will always be people who work with customers, but I doubt that in the most successful companies that their compensation will be tied to the deals they close.

What do you think? Will we see commissioned sales people disappear?

Butterfly Moments - Adding more to Life

I am fascinated by butterflies. I don't know where this affinity stems from but I absolutely love the way they flit around, not being in one place for too long, , but still adding their beauty and colour to the spaces they touch. So when I entered a butterfly garden at a Singapore airport, I was awestruck by the number of them that were thronging the full-bloomed bushes. The many colors of the flowers were beautifully complemented by the patterned butterflies that wooed them. And with a phone handy, I decided to get one shot of a butterfly completely still. Needless to say, I had to wait a long time for that one perfect moment before I could zoom in and click.

It teaches me loads of things and are angels to me which flies around and makes sure i am in at my best always.
It makes me live with a purpose
being modest

I now see butterflies almost every day of my life. And when they hover around me, I feel blessed and fulfilled. adding more “butterfly moments" to my life.

Rainbow Leadership
Do you reflect all 7 colours?

the rainbow phenomenon: 'Most people have never noticed that the sun is always behind you when you face a rainbow... The rain, of course, is in the direction of the rainbow'.

This "light show" impacts us for several reasons. For me it reflects life's greatest truths: transience, technicolour experiences, and hope. With the metaphorical pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, we chase not just a "spectacular" sight but a story of hope.

This is also what good leadership is about. A leader brings with him a sense of purpose, shows you the bigger picture and makes you a part of it. He brings with him the rainbow and plays the role of the sun, standing behind you, pushing you forward, letting you absorb the seven-coloured spectrum of beauty.

For me, the VIBGYOR colours of the rainbow reflect the 7 key attributes that help us strive toward becoming better leaders. It could be in small enterprises we run or in big organizations where we are called upon to lead groups of people. Leadership can be demonstrated in any area of our lives.

Values: Leadership is about creating values. Values that reflect who you are and what you stand for. Values that will eventually take you or your organization forward and keep it together for years to come. In India, companies like Tata stand for their commitment to integrity, high standards of excellence and compassion toward the people they are working for and working with. And in every venture, Tata Group companies reflect these very values, without even stating them.

Inclusion: Good leaders are inclusionists – they include new ideas, different people and working styles, and even contrarians. They embrace different points of view, accept shortcomings, and include all in their common mission. The shy guy who doesn't speak up in meetings is as important because his work may reflect something entirely different. In an article Are You Practicing These Seven Additional Inclusive Leadership Behaviors? Simma Lieberman puts it nicely - 'Inclusionist leaders intentionally LBO - Look Beyond the Obvious, to recognize, develop and promote employees that may not fit the traditional mold.' Being inclusive will ultimately help leaders create better group dynamics.

Belief: A famous Walt Disney quote goes, "First think, second believe, third dream, finally dare." Most ventures survive the test of time for one single reason -- that some, if not many, have believed in it. They believe in the beauty of what they are creating, in its importance to the world, to the people who work toward it, and in its ultimate rewards. Like the rainbow's pot of gold, they believe the rewards will come... and in abundance.

Growth: An off-shoot of inclusion, a good leader ensures that everyone involved gets an equal opportunity to grow. For each person growth may have a different meaning: Some may want to see a jump in salary, some may want more creative license and some are driven by recognition. While still others simply want more time with family. A good leader identifies what makes each tick, encouraging growth in that direction. Growth in individuals eventually translates to growth for the organsiation. Entrepreneur Richard Branson of the Virgin Group has often said: "My philosophy is, put your employees first, your customers second and your investors third and, in the end, everyone will be happy."

Youthfulness: Staying connected with the young, displaying youthful energy, listening to ideas from today's youth, all go into making leaders more effective and responsive to today's dynamic markets. From a fitness routine to eating healthy to tuning in to today's acronyms like YOLO (You Only Live Once) and JOMO (Joy in Missing Out), leaders do what it takes to stay abreast of new changes that are sweeping the world. Most successful people are often seen chatting with young people and understanding the current generation's angst. Sometimes this happens by engaging in social media, through teaching stints in schools and colleges or by conducting professional seminars.

Organization: Effective leadership is an outcome of good organizational abilities. Juggling multiple tasks and people is never easy. For this time management is key; optimizing each moment and putting it to good use. Multi-tasking, though considered a myth, is an extremely important tool. Closer home we've all seen our mothers and grandmothers cut fruits or veggies while they watch TV in the background. Doing two complex tasks together may not be possible. But if you can combine two easy tasks, it shouldn't be a problem. What's also a good idea is to build systems that run independent of you. The more you delegate and empower employees, the more productive they will become.

Responsibility: As a child my father always told me, "There is only one captain of the ship and he is fully responsible for what happens to the ship." These words still ring true. The buck in leadership finally stops at the leader. When things go wrong, when projects fail, when decisions seem faulty, a good leader always accepts responsibility. And watching him lead by example, others follow, setting off a whole chain of new leaders!

Act Fast, but Not Necessarily First

Speed is killing our decisions. The crush of technology forces us to snap react. We blink, when we should think. E-mail, social media, and 24-hour news are relentless. Our time cycle gets faster every day.
Yet as our decision-making accelerates, long-term strategy becomes even more crucial. Those of us who find time to step back and think about the big picture, even for a few minutes, have a major advantage. If every one else moves too quickly, we can win by going slow.

In general, we make better decisions when we minimize the time it takes to decide and act — so that we can spend more time observing and orienting.
Consider professional athletes. Because a pro baseball or tennis player has only half a second to hit the ball, it might seem like the key to success would be going faster. But high-speed studies show that professionals are better than the rest of us because they start their swings later. They wait a few extra milliseconds, so they can take in more information about the speed and trajectory of the ball, then orient themselves in order to make an ideal swing.

The same applies in business. The faster we can execute a decision, the more time we free up to understand the task, gather information, and analyze the issues. If we require too much time to decide or act, we are forced to finish observing and orienting earlier. And if we act too quickly, we might respond to a problem that changes or even goes away before the deadline.

1. taxless budget for 30 years.
2. Can give 60 crore jobs to all indians.
3. From any village to Delhi. 4Lane roads. (may be our prime minsters doesn't want ppl to travel this fast to his office for demands)
4. Forever free free power supply to more than 500 social projects.

Sharukh Khan Youi hurt our Sentiments

SRK since you my hero it hurts even more.
I am not trying to justify the actions and remarks of the Shiv Sena, which is currently at loggerheads with you Mr Bollywood Badshah Shrukh Khan.

However, i do feel you would have been better off had you not spoken in support of Pakistani cricketers in light of the animosity between the two countries after 26/11 attacks. (i hope u aware of it or u don't care).

Pakistan should be isolated from all international events, especially those hosted by us, since they aren't co-operating in any significant way. (if you are not aware of this but Whole world is aware of this truth)

Sharukh ji you do have a freedom of speech, yes but i do hope that you will be considerate towards sentiments of the masses in future.

But anywayz this wont fall on your ears if it does too you will be gaining mileage since you yourself believe that how good are you at creating publicity with NO COST rather. BTW why is that SRK(my hero) you come out only before your releases. (we r no more idiots)

Yes YOU do stand my hero but my nation stands before YOU. I boycott your movie Sharukh.
My name is JIGNESH
(...and PATEL is my surname)

Happiness is a verb !!

Most of the decade ago, an American called David Lykka made a rather drastic statement about 'Happiness' he said " trying to be happier is as futile as trying to be taller."

But he was smart like me! (lolz) to accept his mistake and confessed that he made a 'dumb' statement.

But i have come across many people who say 'you got to earn money to be happy' and i ask to earn money you got to do your studies , school college & ya MBA (most sort after) must? must!
yeah ! there's any person who found happiness in this remembering that hefty bags to carry to school, plenty of homework and being locked at home only to stop us from playing on roads and if yes ! lemme know! (aap tho mahan ho).

There are also many great minds who have coined great thoughts on it but none of them said
'Happiness is when you do things that you are not suppose to do or ought to do.' think about it.!
So i asked OUR God ------ happiness is not in my dictionary at all...! annnnnd he answered me 'ab bolne se kya fayda!! jab kharidi tab hi check karna tha...!!!!! :) :) :)

FAKE IT TILL U MAKE IT >>

In every persons life, there are moments when things dont go according to plan and something truly disappointing happens. Perhaps you dont get the LOVE that you assumed was yours, and that other person never bothers to, or u recieve a surprisingly critical review when you thought you were a stellar performer.
When faced with these disappointments, its tempting to feel hurt, angry, bettrayed and disgusted. you may get depressed, feel deflated and put your head in the sand. Or, you may react by mouthing off, erupting at others........ damn dont think me to be a sage or something ..> its juz that i sail in a same boat and felt like sharing with you about what i try and do when i am facing 'just' this.
I .. > I think about the sponges!! amazing stuff that i derive motivation from, only for its strength to absorb the water but when u squeze it, it becomes as dry as it was.. just like that i think myself to be a sponge that wont stop from absorbing it but once i squeze it everything is offf .. .funny? but..!
preety tufff but then u anyway got to squeze it .. n i do it by faking it until i make it-- acting as if i am okey and heading towards greater things. Dress as if i care about myself, talk as if i belive in future, and put myself in the company who see me in the same light. but then fake it .. just lik the sun ... it has to come out every single day... if it feels lik or otherwise but just fake it...

expecting the expected

A man wakes up at home with a huge hangover. He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table. He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table. "Honey, breakfast is on the stove,I left early to go shopping. Love You!"So he goes to the kitchen and sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. He asks, "Son,what happened last night?" His son says, "Well, you came home around 3AM, drunk and delirious. Broke some furniture, puked in the hallway, and gave yourself a black eye when you stumbled into the door".Confused,he asks, "So, why is everything in order and so clean, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me? I should expect a big quarrel with her!

"His son replies, "Oh, that! Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your clothes n shoes off, you said,"Lady leave me alone! I'm married!"

Moral--
Self-induced hangover -- Rs. 2000.00
Broken furniture -- Rs. 20,000.00
Breakfast -- Rs. 100.00

Ups & Downs of LYF

Can you imagine a roller coaster running on straight tracks? So is life, it does come with ups and downs, lately i have realised it and have accepted this fact.

Like you, i too always wish to stand out of crowd and to prove it right, what i do is to learn from my experiences and so here i am eager to tell you what i have learnt from my ups and downs of life.

There are various types of 'DOWNS' i have faced in life
> 'downs' that had caused of 'natural'- which i have learnt to FACE in life.
> 'downs' that had caused by my own 'mistakes'- which i have 'accepted' with 'grace'.
> But 'downs' which had caused by 'others' for no fault of mine caused me lot of anguish & pain- which, which i suffered in 'silence'.

And UPS? which i have plenty to talk about.
> 'ups' which i got as a matter of 'birth' for which i did not much sweat- for this i sincerly bow to thank the almighty.
> 'ups' that crossed my path by 'luck'- whch i plucked as if a b'ful girl offered me flowers.
> 'ups' that aree result of my 'croocked' ways - which i 'lost' anyway.
> But 'ups' that are 'fruits' of my labour are 'the' sources of happiness forever i savour. and this is how i enjoy my roller coaster.

Why 'Magnet'ics

I had to come up with dis blog was only because i wanted to answer my friend's question that Why my blog titled 'magnet'ics ?

The answer simply lies in his question itself. what is that made him ask? why was he magnetised with the title?

Magent is one such word that has ruled my life for its tremoundous power to attract .. beacause the fact is every induvidual wants to attract what ever it likes .. be it an opposite sex, or money, or a job, recognition, fame.... and if it fails to attract thn it gets attracted to it .. thtz what most do start running behind >> run 4 money, run 4 freedom, run 4 RUN (athletes) lol .... etc etc ..

I had another option that is gravity, now but gravity was more of a dominating word unlike magnet which is something minute but with great power, just like the simplest smile in comparision with big laugh. which is more magical ?? smile?? :0)

After reading this i guess u would search for magnets that you use to play with >> now isn't that called ATTRACTION???????

Way of life

It seems Language was created for Mens deep need to complain.
and it holds to true to many of us.
How do one compalin for the bad road that they travelling and engage their mind on such not so useful things and forgeting that journey of life that he/she is not a mum-pune express highway.

One such story about Idaho potato farmers who used to follow a method of sorting potatoes according to size-big, medium, small only to get maximum dollar. But one farmer never bothered to sort the potatoes at all. Yet he seemed to be making the most money. Puzzled farmers finally asked him, "what is your secret?" He said, "Its simple. I just load up the truck with potatoes and take the roughest road to town while you all take the shortest. Now during the 8mile trip, the little potatoes always fall to the bottom, the medium potatoes land in the middle, while the big potatoes "RISE" on the top.

Thats not only true of potatoes. it is a law of life. People are like potatoes- When the roads are rough, the tough rise to the occasion. They win. They survive. They come out of the top!
Now you decide to be little pottatoes or medium or the tough ones, accepting the fact that journey of life being always rough.
